The Kingfisher Trail, a truly unique collection of 22 individually designed sculptures, ihas swooped to a close in the Cotswolds.

The nature inspired sculpture trail ran across the Cotswolds throughout the spring and summer and was the standout regional outdoor activity for 2021, with visitors enjoying kingfisher spotting in lots of unique settings and venues, from quiet rural retreats to bustling market towns.
All the giant kingfisher models have a personal story and are beautifully designed and decorated by an exceptionally talented group of artists. No two sculptures are the same and each carry the signature style of their creator, ranging from street art to illustration.
The kingfishers are now being made ready for their grand reveal at the 2021 Kingfisher Auction, hosted by the local specialist team of fine art auctioneers at Chorley’s and held at the magnificent Pittville Pump Room in Cheltenham on Thursday, October 21.
Whether you are an art aficionado, an animal lover or have a passion for collecting, you will find all of the Kingfisher sculptures provide individual appeal. The collection is inspired by a range of themes from climate change to the conservation of the Cotswold countryside.
