This year the creative team behind Jack and The Beanstalk are pulling out all the stops to stage an all-singing, all dancing, glitz and glamour spectacle which will be the most gigantic show ever!
The show has been written by Samuel Holmes who co-directs and stars as Fleshcreep; co-directed and choreographed by Nick Winston and will feature a cast of Everyman Theatre favourites including Kevin Brewis and Kane Verrall (Cinderella and Tweedy’s REDUCED Pantomime) alongside everyone’s favourite clown, Tweedy.
New this year are Darius James as Jack and Gabriela Gregorian as Princess Susan.
Mark Goucher, chief executive of the Everyman Theatre, said: “We aim to provide the best family treat this Christmas. It will be a spectacular show full of fun for the whole family and a real celebration of live theatre returning. Tickets are really selling fast so get on your phones and get yours now!”
The Everyman has also included a BSL interpreted performance at 2pm on January 2nd and a relaxed performance at 1.30pm and 4.30pm on January 5th. Relaxed performances are adapted specially for children and adults with an autism spectrum condition, sensory and communication disorders, those with learning disabilities and for families with young (pre-school) children.
The theatre is also encouraging people with dementia and anyone who would prefer to enjoy live theatre in a more relaxed environment to book.
